In case of email contact, please remember to include details about the notebook: manufacturer and model, and detailed description of the malfunction. Immediately after the reception of the hardware we put it in our data base and it gets its own order number, so we have quick access to any information concerning the repair. In 1-4 days you receive information about what is broken and what is the projected cost of the repair. You decide whether the hardware is fixed by us, or not. If the repair requires some changes in electronic parts, usually we do it in 7 to 14 workdays. Time of the repair depends on the kind of damage and availability of the parts we need. In some cases the time of repair may be postponed to 21 days. If the repair is not possible we will offer a used component or a new one with a guarantee. If you don’t want us to carry the repair, all you have to do is pay for the transport and expertise.
We can divide the repair process into following stages:
Reception – we check the parcel, quickly estimate the technical condition of the hardware and put all necessary information to the data base with unique order number.
Diagnosis – we conduct detailed analysis to obtain information about the malfunction, preliminary diagnosis to know which element is broken (this process is run on specialized stations for diagnosis and service)
Valuation – we evaluate the costs of new elements we have to purchase and service costs connected with the repair and tests.
Repair – the device and the preliminary diagnosis report goes to an adequate repair station. All depends on what kind of malfunction was diagnosed (in most basic cases it goes to a component replacement station, in the hard ones - the station of assembling and disassembling SMD/BGA elements where the damaged electronic component is changed) On this stage the malfunction has been removed.
Testing – tests are conducted to confirm that the device works after the repair. We test it using proper testing programs which run the performance tests. We test all the components, irrespective of the kind of damage which was removed.
Shipment – The last stage is describing the repaired damage and handing it over with the device to the ordering party. We can deliver the device to any address in Gliwice. We carefully wrap the parcel up with fillers, if we need to use the service of the package service company. The form of shipping depends on the declaration, the customer put during the first stage.
